Nominations Close: Sunday 2 August 2026, 5.00pm
Nominations for elected positions must be received in writing by the Club Administrator by members by 5.00pm, Sunday 2 August 2026.

Notice of Business: Monday 3 August 2026
Sharing of nominations received for elected positions and any items of business.

Proxy Form Due: Sunday 9 August 2026, 9.00pm
Proxy Forms must be received in writing by the Club Administrator by 9.00pm Sunday 9 August 2026.

Election To Be Held: Monday 10 August 2026, 7.00pm
