Teenager Praised for Rescue efforts

A teenage girl and lifeguard at Orewa Surf Life Saving Club has been commended for her bravery after pulling an unconscious man out of the water at Takapuna beach. The teenager happened to be at Takapuna when she spotted the man in the water, she immediately actioned her lifesaving knowledge to assist with the rescue at hand.
